Best Yellow Cake Mix Recipe
Versatile, convenient and honestly delicious. This yellow cake mix is the perfect improvement on store-bought boxed cake mix.

Ingredients
- 4 1/4 Cups Cake Flour See post notes for substitution info.
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 2 Tbs Sugar yes, put it in the mix.
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Milk
- 2 Tbs Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tbs Salt
Instructions
- Combine mix well with a whisk and store in airtight container until needed. Usage instructions are in the post.

This recipe makes enough mix to replace two boxes of Yellow Cake Mix.
