Old Fashioned Pecan Pralines
A seasonal favorite that is perfect for gift-giving and enjoying with loved ones.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 3/4 C Evaporated Milk
- 2 C Pecans, shelled
Instructions
- Cook all ingredients together in saucepan until soft ball stage.
- Beat well (stir heavily) to coat.
- Spoon out as individual serving sizes onto foil or wax paper to cool.
